Prior to my visit, I had called to ask a few specific questions, which were immediately answered. I really liked my nurse as well since she listened, answered more questions that I had and gave me options with an explanation of those options. It’s a warm and welcoming environment, not cold and rushed like others I’ve been to. I will refer and be returning here.

I went to Andes Med Spa to refresh my overall appearance after a milestone birthday. My appointment was with Joanna, and let me tell you she's amazing! At no time did anyone try to upsell me anything I didn't need, there was no pressure to do more, and everyone in the office was very friendly and hospitable. I've never had lip fillers before and was a little afraid of that duck lip look. Joanna took the time to show me before and afters of other patients who wanted a natural look just like I did, along with the process, what filler we were using and why. Joanna is meticulous when it comes to injections and it definitely shows that she loves what she does. She explained the whole process to me, and was constantly making sure that my lips maintained symmetry and a natural look. She made sure to check in with me to see how I was feeling and if I was comfortable. She explained what I should expect for healing and welcomed me to call with any questions. I absolutely love my lips and and cannot wait to work with Joanna more in the future. I will definitely be back!! If you're looking for a trustworthy place to go, this is it!!

I have just gotten my 3rd laser session a few days ago with Joanna who was doing my service with Ms. Darrill. I have had nothing but a great and comfortable experience since I started getting laser hair removal sessions at Andes. Prior to Andes I have already had over a dozen sessions at SEV Laser in Walnut Creek who are also really good but there definitely are differences in their lasers. The laser at SEV you feel almost everything, the zaps, the burns, all of that. It doesn't hurt much but you do feel it. The laser they have at Andes you feel nothing even at the highest setting .... or maybe that is just the way Joanna does the job. She is very gentle and very thorough and even at the higher intensities of the laser I have not had any discomfort at all. Joanna will ask you a bazillion questions to make sure you are comfortable and pays attention to every detail. The hair has barely grown back!The location is very comfortable in a office building in Concord. It is very comfortable and clean inside with a lot of parking outside. Also the girl in the front desk, her name is Masooma is pretty awesome, very kind and professional. I've had to reschedule a couple of times and her and Joanna have been more than accommodating when rescheduling me or moving me to a later time. Whenever I been there I feel like I am talking to the homies instead of being just a number lolI have not done other services other than laser hair removal but will look into their other services in the future.
