I have been coming here to do my nails and wax for the past 6 years . I decided to stop doing my nails because their work is always rushed and sloppy. I literally have to go back to fix it same or next day the most . I started using their services to wax only and every time i go i get charged different price. Recently i went to wax my eyebrows and underarms they charge me $48 and when i said i have a 10% coupon she said we cant use it on waxing since we dont charge much for this service i was like why would you send out coupons if it can’t be used on all of the services .
Lindsey is my most favorite nail tech!!! I've been getting my nails done for 30 years. I will not let anybody but Jessica or Lindsey touch mine or my daughter's nails. This place is clean, relaxing and they do great work. Easy to schedule as well.
Edit; Lindsay is wonderful at nails but do not ever have her do your eyelashes she does not know what ahe is doing. It was painful and it was not done safely.
I got an acrylic French tip set and paid $60, even thought the website says an acrylic set is $40. The work was rushed and sloppy. It took maybe 30 minutes for her to do my nails, but some are crooked, uneven, and there’s visible bubbles in the polish. I showed a reference/ inspiration photo which she took one look at and did not really follow. No prep for my nails and they look a week grown out despite being not even TWO DAYS old. They’re messy, poor quality, and I felt like it was just very very rushed, I was the only one in the salon for most of the time btw.
