I agree with the previous comments about the unprofessionalism of this business. Scheduling is a nightmare, and Al gets very irritated if you ask for timing so they can access your roof.
The owner appears very unstable based on email exchanges; they lost our payment, then found it. In the meantime, they refused service, and when they found the check we provided, they asked to cash it in exchange for servicing manufacturer defects with Solar Industries collectors. They are exclusive in the area so I would look elsewhere as you are stuck with someone who is a little off.

I was dissatisfied with Diablo Solar not returning multiple phone calls and luckily found Alcor. Unlike Diablo, they responded quick to our needs for repair/replacement of our pool solar and our system is now more efficient. Price is very reasonable and I highly recommend them.

The owner Al and his secretary Sue really struggle with communication and the concept of customer support. They are unable to respond to emails and/or phone calls for scheduling and when they do it's like they are doing you a favor. They will email you that you need to provide access over a 4 week period for expensive spring and winter recurring service but will not even give you a day they will come out. They will not provide reasonable notice when asked so a home owner can appropriately accommodate their technicians. Instead Al gets very upset like a toddler and will tell send you cryptic emails expressing anger that a customer would dare ask for a reasonable timeframe... read full review
