My mom was getting to a point that she could not walk and was wheel chair bound. She needed help with just about everything. including getting dressed, help getting on the toilet and taking showers. Affordable home care agency referred us to a wonderful caregiver. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price directly with a caregiver which allowed us to utilize the caregiver for more hours than we would have been able to afford with other companies. I had to find last minute care for my dad who is 78 and recovering from knee replacement surgery. This agency was able to find a caregiver at the last minute and work with me everyday for two weeks providing care as-needed. They always answer their phone with courtesy and professionalism. I worked with Emily and Annie and they were so easy to talk to, caring, and responsive. All the caregivers were well-qualified and easily worked with my dad, which is not an easy task. I will definitely use this service again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone that needs it. I would give 10 stars if I could!!
