My thermostats were on cool but not generating any cold air. I went outside to check the AC unit and the fan was not working. It was a hot day, so I looked up Air conditioning repair and chose ACS because of good reviews, plus they were family owned and in business over 10+ years. Joe was technician that arrived to give me a full diagnostic and price quote. I believe that I'm a good judge of a person and I immediately could tell that Joe was very experienced, not trying to bs me and just a nice guy overall. ACS Air Conditioning Systems. I called in for a non operational air conditioning unit. Joseph came out the next morning and within minutes of me describing the condition, knew exactly what had failed. He performed some diagnostic trouble shooting and verified the bad contactor and blown fuse. He had me up and running with in minutes. I will definitely uses ACS again. I had previously used ACS back in 2017 for a separate issue and was very pleased too. Joseph knows his business, plus a really nice guy. Will recommend and use again. Kevin Walnut Creek
