I had another issue and called Absolute again. Funnily enough, they sent Oleg again. Just like last time, Oleg was fast, efficient, reasonably priced, and fully fixed the problem. Another very good experience and thank you Absolute.
We were very pleased with Absolute Plumbing and Drain Services . The technician, Reid , found the main source of the problem within 15 minutes and tackled the job quickly and efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. Reid was very friendly and courteous , took his time and explained everything to us clearly and patiently ! He even came back to our house the following day to make sure that the issue had been resolved properly. We would like to thank the owner of this company , Mr. Rod Tehrani , for sending us help immediately . We highly recommend Absolute Plumbing and Drain , they are the best!
The good reviews are so warranted! We discovered water coming up from our floors and I called around to a few places. I wouldn't go with a couple of them because of how rude they were and others couldn't come out same day. When I called Absolute, Rod was really nice, concerned about the possibility of a leak, and got one of his workers out within an hour. Reid was our technician and he's so solid; he's a very nice guy and knowledgeable. He found the issue within minutes, explained everything to me, and was able to remedy it quickly.
