I started treatment at A Step Forward this past May.I felt an immediate comfort being there, from the welcoming by Diana in the front office, to my primary therapist Caprice Haverty MD.Since working with Caprice, she has enlightened my struggling life, and treats me with care and concern, but moreso, has been recently helping acquire special services with Kaiser Permanente by speaking to certain doctor's on my behalf about needing a 'medically necessary' medication, all the while, while she has been on vacation!
