I did not experience anything like the other reviewer...yes, I had a few broken items, but that is always the case with a large order...it happens. I emailed my pics of the damages and was credited back for those items. This is a great company...very attentive whenever I call or email. and there are so many options of products to choose from for my store. They have definitely become one of may new favorite suppliers very quickly due to their amount of product to choose from, their great discounts and their quick turnaround.
