Terrible service. Took my money; ordered on the 17th of July, and now it's the 31st, and I still have no tracking number. They will not respond to my questions. Do they even have stock? Faire should be asking more questions about this company.

I have been in the distribution business for over 30 year. I have dealt with many reps and factories over the years. I have to be 100% honest. This family owned and operated business is great to work with. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and have been willing to adjust and edit displays, and make new programs just for my customers. This company will always get my business. Great people to work with.

We are a nonprofit, we ordered goods to give away and they were almost all bad. We tried to get a refund but they refused. We told them it was for the poor they couldnt care less. Disgusting
