Target Clinic, care provided by Kaiser Permanente, is a quick care clinic for basic primary and preventive care. Multiple reviews describe great and easy experiences with very nice, professional, respectful, and helpful staff. The clinic is noted for being very clean, with no line and no long wait, allowing patients to be in and out. It is considered super easy and much easier than going to a regular Kaiser hospital, with some patients preferring it for standard appointments. The staff answers all questions and explains everything clearly. While the clinic does not have X-ray or scan abilities, it is great for tests, vaccinations like flu shots, and other services. Appointments are available, and the clinic is viewed as a helpful and efficient alternative.
Made an appt one month ahead as there were no sooner appts directly at Kaiser. My appt
Gets cancelled day of appt. Very unprofessional. Not everyone has the ability to ask for days for dr appts and then get cancelled the day of. I wouldn’t have this issue at a Kaiser hospital.
Literally just need a physical to start. My CNA classes took over three hours. First the problem was I didn't have the right form even though it was the right form doctor just thought she knew better. Then it was a problem that was done elsewhere. ThenIt was a problem that it was properly filled out, even though it wasn't needed. During all of this when the form could've just easily been signed she refused and took multiple patients wasting my time. Luckily I barely made my deadline or she would be the reason I didn't get to go to my CNA classes. Terrible Unprofessional and a waste of time. Rather Die then come back here
Called the number provided online 20x literally 40 minutes trying to get through Got there and the dude there said the phone did not ring at all and that the number online is bot the number to the front desk Then come to find out apparently no one was there to see my son which that information wouldve been helpful if someone wouldve have picked up the phone Then I told the man i would make a complaint about the service he shrugged his shoulders and said oh well have a nice day Thanks for nothing
