“I've been seeing Eli since my first time getting waxed in 2011! She is quite amazing and is an incredible person. She'll make you feel comfortable right from the get-go. ESPECIALLY if it's your first time. The conversations you'll have are so natural and genuine. Availability is always a little tight since she's a one-woman business, but she is quick and efficient, so able to fit more clients. I've been seeing her for years so it's nice to go in, catch up, and update each other on our lives. The parking on premises can be a little eh but I get over it. “What Youngji has done for my skin has helped me 100000x more than any dermatologist! I have extremely sensitive and dry skin with awful eczema flare ups on my face. She took her time to give my skin deep hydration and calming it needed. My skin problems have disappeared since I’ve seen her so I’m incredibly grateful. I’m no longer in pain and I don’t feel as self conscious about my skin anymore. The facial itself was also so relaxing I never wanted to leave lol. I’ve had Traci before, who was very skilled and knowledgeable but unfortunately talked throughout my entire session, even when I mentioned I’d had a very long day and WEEK.
