Great place if you’re into waiting around to talk to someone for hours, or if you’re in the unfortunate position of being on general relief. I pay a lot for my insurance and took this place on because it’s close to where I live. Read the reviews! I did not and I’ll be finding another doctor.
I never had trouble refilling my prescriptions until now. I switched phones and the phone number didn’t transfer over the extension number for the doctors nurse. I called the prescription refill dept many times and left messages but no one ever called me back. I finally got a hold of someone and they said I hadn’t seen the doctor since the beginning of January and I had to see him first. I explained that I had not seen the doctor because he told me in January someone would call me to make an appointment and no one ever did. I had an amazing experience at this clinic. The people in the front were great. Nurses were great. The doctor was great and took his time and explained things to me. Just change over them to be my primary and everything in between. Recommend this place
