The doctors consistently arrive late for appointments. I had a scheduled appointment at 10:30, and the front desk agent informed me that the doctor was running late again, with no indication I would be seen for at least one to two hours after my assigned time. When I requested a different time or date, I was told that the doctor has no available appointments until the end of the month. This raises a serious question about the purpose of making an appointment at all. The facility clearly lacks sufficient doctors to cover their shifts, and the phone operators exhibit rudeness in their communication. This is unacceptable.
100% don’t recommend this location for dental services I made an appointment last week with Heidy & she scheduled me for today Wednesday at 8:30am when I get to the window the receptionist with glasses said I tried calling you to tell you that you need to remove the wire before coming to the office then I called the office to speak to the manager & they kept me on hold for 6 minutes then I went back inside the office & the girls were just there just gossiping & not looking for the manager, she the girl with glasses receptionist told me go ahead & have a seat we’re gonna call her right now with an attitude I wait 3-4 minutes & she calls my name... read full review
I had a walk in for 11:00 but when they called me they said we had to call your insurance provider and had me wait for an hour it was hot in the building and the staff had a attitude.
