Planet Fitness is a gym that believes in providing its members with Big Fitness Energy™. With over 2,400 locations and a mobile app, it aims to help people stay active and energized. Members appreciate the affordable $25 membership fee, which allows them to visit any location and bring family and friends. The gym is generally enjoyed for its cool atmosphere and friendly staff who maintain cleanliness. While some locations can be crowded and machines may be worn, many members find that the machines are usually working and not out of service. However, there are concerns about the availability of cleaning supplies and some gym-goers not wiping down equipment. There have also been isolated incidents of a car break-in at one location, leading to security concerns for some members. Despite this, Planet Fitness remains a nice and clean gym, often empty during early mornings, and is appreciated for the respectful treatment from staff, making it a recommended place for fitness.
I’ve enjoyed coming to this Planet Fitness, but there’s a serious safety issue that needs to be addressed. A large section of the parking lot is extremely dark because several light posts are not working. About five rows of parking spaces have little to no lighting, making it feel unsafe when walking to and from the gym, especially during early morning or late evening hours.This isn’t just a concern for members it’s also a safety issue for the staff. I hope management prioritizes repairing the parking lot lights as soon as possible.
Gym is alright, it does the job. However, I would say that it is 90% cardio machines and 10% actual strengthening machines. There is only about 4 smith machines so you have to wait your turn for a while. The environment isn’t bad though and it is relatively clean.
The girl that was taking care of the women’s locker room tonight 05/12 is the nicest person ever! Her customer service is a 10/10 thank u very much girl for being so kind.
