I came here for the first time to bring my daughter for her eye exam. Her pediatrician referred me to this eye doctor. From the moment on getting on the phone and making an appointment, their customer service was really nice. On the day of the appointment it was kind of difficult finding parking on the street. I didn't know we can park on the "La Quinta Real" Mexican restaurant's parking lot on the back side. It would have been nice if they would have advise me where to park over the phone. That's a suggestion of mine to let their patient know before hand. Their office receptionist are so nice. They have an amazing team with great customer service. Dr. Francis (sorry if I misspelled his name) was nice and patient. My daughter got her first pair of glasses. Next thing you know, I made an appointment for my self. Completely satisfied with this office. Ps. Their office is small and gets busy but they are quick to take you in.
I went in there for the first time today just to get my glasses adjusted. Keep in mind, I didn't get an exam or glasses here. I'm rating 5 stars simply based on the amazing customer service I received. They are taking the necessary Covid precautions and the girls that work there were very polite. I didn't have to wait long and they adjusted my glasses for free. What surprised me the most is how clean and cute this office is. You'd never know it from the outside. I'm considering coming here for my next eye exam.
My sister recommended this office. She takes my niece here. My son who is 10 did not enjoy his first time getting glasses at his previous office. But before we both finished our appointments together he said "Mom, I like this place and the doctor."! And so did I. We had a nice first time here with Dr. Jay and his helpful staff. You guys keep up the good work and thank you for your time. SIDE NOTE: Especially during this time they cleaned everything after every customer and was very prompt and organized with the flow of customers during this recovery process of the pandemic.
