My husband and I decided to walk-in and see if they could adjust our glasses since they kept sliding down our noses. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by the manager, Malik. He was very polite and immediately told us to sit down he checked our glasses and started adjusting. As he was taking care of us another customer came in and he greeted them and answered their questions. He gave us our glasses back for us to try on and they fit so much better. He was great and we love going to this location for their customer service.
I travel down from Atlanta every so often and when necessary I come into Americas Best to assist my father. My father’s appointment for today was scheduled for 3:00pm. I had several hours before the appointment would begin and I wanted to take the initiative and time to fill out any and all additional paperwork so that everything afterwards would be a smooth and pleasant transition.
