“I was very nervous after reading the reviews online, but turns out they were very wrong. Everyone there was nice. my cat Itachita, has had diarrhea and eyeboogers. when they checked, it was fast and they pointed out that switching her food was most likely the cause of diarrhea. which i had NO IDEA that could happen. thankfully they were not judgy and told me if i wanted to still check for parasites im more than welcome to. which i did. They are very cheap. everything all together came out to around $250 which included the parasite test, and eye test to make sure there was no scratches or straining, her medications (she got two) , as well as her exam. For me THATS CHEAP. I used to go to another vet clinic that would've charged me $600 for that. (and they said they were low cost) Seriously guys, don't do walk ins just make an appointment to save your time because majority of the reasons why it takes so long to get to you IS BECAUSE YOU DIDNT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

Overall i do feel like they did it pretty fast, i felt a little iffy but they told me that i can do test to assure me and my little fluffy baby.“

“The downtown clinic provided Luna with poor care, but the Animal Care Clinic in Bellflower delivers superior service in all areas, which makes it difficult to understand their organizational connection. The clinic staff members provided both friendly service and complete attention to my needs. “Staff is very friendly, very professional and so helpful. I really like this vet. I’ve taken my dog to several in the first couple of years I had her, but now I only come here. They’ve taken me in as a walk in when I didn’t have an appointment. Only thing I would change, I’d appreciate if they would email me a reminder of when her shots are due. I once took my dog to a vet hospital during the pandemic cuz she was having an allergic reaction to a bee sting. To this day, they still send me vaccine reminders and birthday wishes for my dog Jackie.“

“i feel like i know of a hidden treasure coming to this place and i almost don’t want to write this review lest anything changes when an influx of people flock! but, you need to know. this place is legitimately the best vet ever. not only are they open basically all day, but their prices are very reasonable, and more than that their staff—especially Chloe, a caretaker for boarding—is phenomenal. i have a deaf blind 75lb puppy w lots of energy and they figured out a way to safely entertain him while i leave him for dayboarding. he literally needs to be dragged out of the facility bc he wants to stay! i just love it here and want to give each and every staff person from receptionist to vet a shout out. “I came in with no patient history for my cat needing emergency care. They ultimately couldn’t help me, but that’s not their fault—they just weren’t equipped for what I needed.
They still dropped everything and took my kitty back immediately to do what they could, they still showed concern and compassion, and they helped set me up to go over to an animal hospital equipped to do the services I needed. Their compassion and urgency made me feel like I was in good hands even in a moment that felt out of control for me. After I left, they called to give me updates about some paperwork, and asked *me* to update *them* about how everything works out for us.

“I love Dr. Traci she is the best. I feel at ease knowing I'm leaving my little Dude in knowledgeable and loving hands. Every employee I have had contact with has made me feel like family. They are so kind. I would highly recommend taking your loving pet here. I know I would never think of taking my precious little Dude anywhere else. UPDATE Everyone at Ohana Veterinary Clinic is exceptional. The receptionists the doctors the assistants. “We had a really good experience at Primary Care Animal Hospital. Our dog started having blood in her urine and was trying to pee but nothing would come out. Our regular vet initially gave antibiotics and medication, and he said if it happens again, we should take her to the hospital for more test as he was thinking there was something in her bladder like stones. When the symptoms returned a week later, we knew we had to take her to the hospital. Since our usual clinic doesn’t offer urgent care, we searched and found this hospital on Google.

They were able to see us the same day. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming, and even though the place is currently remodeling, everything still felt organized and efficient. They performed an X-ray and urinalysis, found a bladder stone, and clearly explained the situation and treatment options. Because the stone was too large to pass naturally, surgery was recommended. They walked us through the procedure, provided a clear estimate, and scheduled surgery for the very next day.

The entire visit took about 3 hours, and we felt our dog was in very good hands the whole time. She is now on the road to recovery, and we’re so grateful for the care she received. We also appreciate that this hospital is closer to home — we’ve definitely found our new vet.
