In February my family had endured a loss. My stepfather who had been in my life from the age of 13 had passed away. Our family and I really had no idea how the process of everything worked. Rebecca was my contact person there. From start to finish she helped walk me through the process. Was extremely patient and went out of her way to make sure we were being taken care of properly with McNary-Moore.
