I went there today to leave flowers on my best friends grave. The urn in the ground was ruined. I went to the office and asked if they could give me something so I could put the flowers in. They said they would put it on a work order and it would take over a week. I asked them if there was anything I could use to do it myself. I explained I was flying out and won’t be there in a week. Then a gentleman overheard my conversation and walked up to me and asked what I needed. I explained. And he immediately said he would follow me and take care of it personally. My representative Ms.Antoinette was awesome answered all of my and my familie’s questions, through such a terrible time for us Antoinette made this as smooth as possible with care and compassion.
I want to sincerely thank the staff at Montecito for the exceptional care and service they provided during my grandfather’s funeral. From the moment they arrived at our home to pick him up, the team was professional, compassionate, and handled every detail with such respect. The gesture of placing a single red rose on his pillow touched our grandmother deeply.
The service itself was beautiful and perfectly executed. A special thank you to Antoinette and Lake, who went above and beyond for our family.
