Took my hat there to get it cleaned up and got it back looking the same. I even left it there a extra day to get it done properly. I'll never go back to get service there again..

This is the second time I've been disappointed due to there not following specific instructions in hemming my pants. I have had there service 3 times. The first time, I was not told they press the pants with a crease. I got my pants back with a VERY sharp crease which would have been fine, but the crease was very crooked. The second time , They did not press my pants because I asked they didnt put the crease. Those panys were done right. I highly requested they DO NOT press my pants with a crease this last 3rd time. I was disappointed. Again they creased them and they were pressed with a crooked crease again. Apparently they have a 60% charch on card payment as well in which I was not informed about. They claimed a posting sign they had but it must have been a small sign because I never saw it.
