Update: After speaking with the business owner about the extent of the damage, she did offer me a full refund, which I do appreciate. However, I advise any brides looking for dry cleaning services for your wedding dress to go elsewhere. Especially, if your dress is very delicate and/or has rhinestones, beading, etc that will likely get damaged. It's not worth the time, money, and stress having to take your dress back to alterations to get fixed.

I love this cleaners my go to the woman that I talk to is so sweet and helpful I needed some clothes laundered to be done with in 24 hrs and bam no problem picked up clothes and attended event.
