Oscar G. Came to our house and fixed our A/C. He cleaned the outside unit and leveled out the part outside the house that was not leveled and water was building up and shutting off our A/C. He educated us on maintenance and what we had been doing incorrectly. I signed up for the membership where they check on your unit throughout the year. I have so much peace knowing maintenance is now being managed. Thanks Oscar!!!

The technician, Makaio Baricuatro from Service Champions, was thorough, answered all our questions, explained the in everyday language how the system was working, why it was at certain level ins pressure and wattage amps, and explained the repairs that needed to be done to the system, stated would follow up with a quote for repairs, at my request in about a week. Makaio, was very professional, explained some options and again stated would provide an estimate in a week at my request.
