Losing my husband was one of the most painful experiences of my life, but I’m deeply grateful to Jack and to All County Cremation Service for the kindness, respect, and compassion they showed to me and my family. Jack and his staff at All County Cremation Services are kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. I called them at 4am to let them know that my brother died. He was delivered to All County quickly. This eased my mind greatly. Everyone helped me through the process. I didn’t know what to do but that was no obstacle because Jack and everyone guided me through. They made it painless.. I am grateful for their support, guidance and compassion.
The death of my sister was unexpected and I found myself making plans online from WNC.I had never made final arrangements for anyone before so I was stressed and anxious...but Jack and his team were so patient, professional and kind. Jack answered all of my questions and made himself 100% available, even with the time difference. I'll always be grateful.
