They were very sweet with our feast Jack Russel a few months ago so even though we had to wait 45 min past the drop off time we didn’t mind. Then we wanted to have all 3 dogs groomed and we again waited even longer after the drop off time. If there had been an apology I would not have minded we all have bad days. That’s what I do for others—apologize or offer some incentive to reschedule when I’ve inconvenienced them. So, if you have time to wait they’ll take very good care of your dogs, if you do not have time to burn sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open, choose a groomer who respects your time.

My little toy poodle was a complete mess when I took him here. I was a bit miffed at first as customers were there waiting for the groomer to show up, she was 12 minutes late, not a good start. My dog was done earlier than promised and they did a pretty good job on him including what I had asked for. They told me his ears were needing attention and did some cleaning, which my last groomer never mentioned! This meant a lot to me as they seem to really care about dogs. The staff was great!

Brought my elderly kitty there for a shave for the first time because she is starting to have trouble grooming herself. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. The price was extremely affordable and im very happy with how my kitty looks.
