“My little toy poodle was a complete mess when I took him here. I was a bit miffed at first as customers were there waiting for the groomer to show up, she was 12 minutes late, not a good start. My dog was done earlier than promised and they did a pretty good job on him including what I had asked for. They told me his ears were needing attention and did some cleaning, which my last groomer never mentioned! This meant a lot to me as they seem to really care about dogs. The staff was great!“
