Just had Shane tow my buddies car home..:this was RHE BEST triple AAA call I’ve had in 20-+ years I’ve had AAA… he immediately called me after I hung up the phone with roadside, told me hi’d be there in 20 mins not the 1 hour quote, and easily put the vehicle in the garage, all I asked for was driveway
10/10 would recommend to everyone

I pulled off I-5 in Coalinga with a horrible sound coming from beneath my car. I contacted AAA, who called J&D/Joshua's Towing to come out to me. I expected it to take quite a while since I needed to be towed 120 miles away. Andre showed up in about 30 minutes (I was parked in a safe location). He called first to ensure I was safe and let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, I attempted to drive my car onto the truck, and he stopped me. He told me that I did not have a bad wheel bearing, as I had thought, but that there was a large plastic piece underneath the engine which had come loose and was dragging on the ground, causing the noise. Been using J&Ds for years. When I used to live in the area, used them several times for local towing and roadside help. I even picked up a couple old cars from them and continue to use them occasionally even though I no longer live in the state. Wouldn't call anyone else in SoCal for towing needs or roadside assistance. Never had any issues, and service has always been great.Services: Local hauling
