Irvin our technician was amazing, very personal and professional. Could not be more impressed from start to finish with Shaw’s service. Spoke with Wendy on the phone and she was also amazing. My Mom and Dad who are 93 and 91 years old and their air went out Saturday. From my phone call to Irvin showing up was 45 minutes. Irvin took care of all our issues and they were up and running in no time. My sister recommended Shaw’s to me after having there whole system replaced last yet so I gave them a call. A++++

They came out and fixed my AC. I had a bad capacitor. Good news is it was still under warranty. He cleaned the coils and put new filters inside. My house is cooling off now. It was 87 deg. Down to 81 deg. Yay! Temp is still falling.
On July 3rd my AC decided to go out. I had planned to have a party at my house on the 4th of July. I immediately called Shaw’s Home Comfort because I had heard their commercials several times on the radio. They answered on the first ring and had their technician Ivin out to my house within a couple of hours. He went to work right away and within a half hour he diagnosed the problem and repaired it. What a relief!!! I was able to move forward with my holiday plans and had a cool house for my guest.
