Severo Rosales presented himself to work on our heater. He gave a thorough explanation of the problem, being totally professional the whole time. Assuring me that he would get a replacement part ASAP, in the meantime he was able to get the heater to work again.

Great knowledgeable team. Raul inspected and took pictures showing unit burnt up and cracks in heat exchanger, and we found it necessary to replace unit. He called his team in and I had a new unit installed the same day. They used carpet cloths and plastic for dust when working attic and vacuumed up before leaving. Very professional job.
