"I can't say enough positive things about old town yoga! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a welcoming atmosphere that instantly sets the tone for a peaceful practice. The teachers here are not only knowledgeable but incredibly caring, always making sure to cater to individual needs and creating a safe space for everyone. I love that they provide blocks and straps for each class, making it accessible for practitioners of all levels. Plus, having water available in the lobby is such a thoughtful touch. It's clear that the staff goes above and beyond to ensure everyone's comfort and well-being. Highly recommend!
I started my yoga journey here at old town and I am beyond grateful for each instructor and experience. The owner des is THE NICEST HUMAN if you don’t know her well you should because you are missing out on her yoga studio!!!Very very clean, calm and friendly to all levels.
