I'm honestly a little reluctant to even write this review because the whole situation was just... embarrassing. Embarrassing for the business, and honestly embarrassing for me as a client to even be put in this position in the first place. A friend recommended this salon to me, and it's located on the newer upscale side of town in Clovis. The building itself looks beautiful, the salon looks polished, everything gives off that "nice salon experience" vibe... so naturally you expect the service to match that level. Which is why what ended up happening felt so disorganized and chaotic. Honestly... paying over $200 for services and leaving with unfinished nails? Like... wait... this is a joke right? lol Friday: I walked in around 2:30 PM for two services: * Herbal Royal Pedicure * Gel X nails (short skinny coffin shape, color: Cloudy) The place was pretty quiet, not a lot of clients. I was told maybe a 15-minute wait, which was totally fine. I got seated in a pedicure chair, feet soaking, flipping through the nail color books. At one point the color book I was using literally got taken and handed to another client, so I had to ask for the book back just to finish picking my color . The pedicure technician was actually great, no complaints there. The chaos started with my nails. The technician who started my Gel X set had an appointment and had to leave mid-service. She did apologize before leaving, which I understood and appreciated, so I figured another technician would just step in and finish the set like normal. Another technician did step in. Except instead of finishing the set, my nails were basically painted and cured... and that was it. No proper filing. No shaping. No finishing the Gel X structure. So I'm sitting there thinking... wait... that's the finished set? Because this was my first time getting Gel X, I didn't immediately realize something was wrong. Later it became obvious the nails were not the shape I asked for and honestly weren't even finished. Saturday: The next day I called the salon and explained what happened. They scheduled me to come back Sunday at 2 PM to fix them. Sunday: When I came back for the appointment, there were already several women sitting there who had booked appointments and were still waiting to be seen. That's when the whole thing started to feel chaotic again. I explained again that I wanted short skinny coffin nails, and the technician who corrected them did a much better job shaping them properly. I tipped her in cash for fixing them because I appreciated the effort. Overall No one was rude, and my pedicure was honestly great. But the organization and communication during the original service felt really off. A technician left mid-service, the handoff between staff wasn't clear, and I walked out with nails that weren't even finished. Seeing multiple clients with appointments still waiting when I came back only reinforced how disorganized and chaotic things felt. For a newer upscale salon, the experience should feel polished and well-run -- not chaotic. Honestly the whole situation was just embarrassing -- embarrassing for the business, and embarrassing that a client would even be put in that position in the first place. The space itself is beautiful and the technicians clearly have skill, so this place actually has a lot of potential. If the organization and communication matched the quality of the space, it could easily be a great salon. Just sharing my experience in case it helps someone else know what to expect.

Great Customer Service. I was Greeted by Danellie she was very Kind. Nail techs Christina and Kat did a Beautiful job on my Gel X nails. Got a Mani and a Pedi. The Salon is very Nice and Clean. Highly recommend

Everyone at Myna Nail Salon is so friendly. The environment is calm, clean, and welcoming. The technicians take their time and you can tell they really care about their work and their customers. Would highly recommend to anyone!
