Beautiful facility and amazing staff. Follow-up continues for months after. I have no idea why there aren’t more facilities like this. They take all the mystery out of the difficult process

My Mother was in need of care for the end and I highly recommend HCCC. They really care and help every family. This is the hardest decision I've ever made and even though it's more costly, we decided that her final days were significantly enhanced with Heritage. I don't think you could find a better place.

My father had the privilege of spending his last 6 weeks at Heritage Crossing! He was treated with such respect, and the care he received was much more than we could have imagined! I want to say thank you to the receptionist, nurses, cnas, chaplain, and kitchen staff for doing the work that you do! You are the Angels on earth, and are helping families get through one of the hardest times of their lives!

I unfortunately had to make the hard decision to place a loved one in Hopice. I could not have ask for a better group of caring people. From the minute we signed her up, until the day she passed she was loved by everyone that was involved with her care. We knew we could call any time of the day or night and get answers to our questions, and believe me we had questions. Even after her passing, they are still here for us, with phone calls and text. Everyone that works there are not just employees, they are now family. Thank you for loving our friend.

My uncle has been at this facility for almost a year and his at the last part of his life, getting ready to go home to the Lord, everybody there has been so kind and loving and professional, and always willing to be there for me and my uncle Linda the receptionist has always greeted me with a smile and nice words. I want to thank everyone of the staff members there for all the hard work that they do with every client they have there me and my family is deeply appreciated for everything that you have done for us over the last year I would recommend your facility to everybody. My heart is deeply grateful for all the nurses and everybody there that took time to help me through this moment with my uncle.
