Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa offers high-quality massages and facials at a good price. The professional and kind staff provide top-notch services, making clients feel relaxed and valued. The clean and well-maintained facility has a friendly atmosphere, and the membership program is a great value. The place was very clean and organized, and the front desk staff were very professional and accommodating. There are a lot of good and skilled providers. The ambience is great. Clean and the place smells so good. Customer service is also a plus. Courteous and friendly.
Overall great customer service at Hand and Stone in Clovis. Special thanks to Taylor for assisting with a rescheduling issue and fixing it promptly so I could still come in for my service. Excellent experience from start to finish.
Staff is friendly & the place is clean. However, EACH time that i have scheduled multiple massages (2-3 people) at the same time & booked in advance- they end up rescheduling my appointments & im notified day of due to staffing. Just something to keep in mind when scheduling an appointment.
Got my first facial here. The staff were the most amazing women i've ever met. Held conversation with me and we're just the sweetest women i've ever talked to. loved my experience!
