I have now been to Crown Healing for my past two haircuts and it has been so wonderful and I will keep coming back! My first appointment was as a new client and was the Crown Healing Experience. It was so worth the investment/cost because I was able to learn so much about my hair and get the tlc it needed and help it start to heal. I never knew how to manage my curly/wavy hair so it was really damaged. Also because I don’t know a lot about hair I was nervous and intimidated to see a hair expert about it but Krisha made me feel so comfortable and welcome. My service was completely by Erin and I had an amazing experience and would absolutely rate the service a 10/10! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and sweet!
Before we even started, any of the service she took the time to ask what I was looking for and made sure to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had, throughout my appointment. She explained each step of the services she provided and walked me through how it was supporting my hair. I had been looking for someone to care for my moms hair, shes been on the east coast and the minute I found out she was here I booked her!
She took her time to really listen while utilizing her expertise and knowledge.. my mom was sooo happy!
