About Corky's Cuts 4 Kids
Corky's Cuts 4 Kids is a locally owned full-service children's salon that specializes in making haircuts and spa services a fun and positive experience for little ones. They understand that not all children love getting haircuts, so the team goes above and beyond to ensure a great visit. Children can sit in different cars, trucks, or an airplane while watching their favorite movie. There are also big salon chairs for older kids to play Xbox or watch a movie. After their haircut, children receive a token to ride in the police car, along with balloons, lollipops, and stickers. The salon also offers manicures, pedicures, and princess parties. Customers praise the salon’s patience, attention to detail, and the friendly, gentle staff, which makes the experience enjoyable for both parents and kids. Many families have been coming for years, with some children getting little braids and glitter, and even their first haircuts going smoothly thanks to the skills of the staff. The environment is very kid-focused, providing a positive place for children to get their regular haircuts and fun extras like rides and treats. The decor, ride, and TV stations keep kids entertained, and the staff’s understanding and patience help even the most nervous children feel comfortable. Walk-ins are welcomed, and appointments are recommended to avoid long wait times.
I’ve been taking my grandson here since he was about 3 yrs old and he was always so scared and cried when I took him but with the care and understanding we received from Maria, my grandson just today at 7 yr old, walked in and sat down and Maria did her magic. The attitude of your stylist is so important.
We went here for years! And I credit this place for getting my boys through some very difficult cuts. Things changed about a year ago when the walk in situation changed. Originally they would kind of ‘fold-in’ the walk ins with the appointments and recently it was clear the appointments had priority and walk ins could wait. Well. With 4 kids I don’t always know when we will all be able to go so we are a walk in kinda family. Because of that, I have now moved on to another place. Overall still recommend these guys…just wish they were more flexible for walk ins. If they could do that we’d be there still.
Brought my 2yr old here recently. Started off in tears but ended with a smile. Staff is amazing at working while your little screams their head off. Definitely will return.
