The repair between shaft and heel cup is perfect, as are the new heels on my boots, plus, he cleaned and shined and waterproofed them for me! Super job, look nearly new, and saved me having to purchase new boots. I found another pair that need repair, and will soon be bringing those as well. Great value for the skill shown.
Dropped off boots for a resole on Tuesday and they were ready by Friday as promised. Owner was direct and to the point which I appreciate from a business. For me what is most important is being honest and direct about whether they can or can't do the job and provide upfront pricing. Some say that the owner is rude, that was not my experience, but I also didn't expect to receive the mostly B.S. "friendly" customer service experience most consumers are used to receiving from the mega corps now a days.
I took a pair of Doc Marten boots in to have the inner lining looked at. Over years of wearing them the inner lining was ripping out every time I took the boots off. When I explained what was happening, Irfan said he could replace the ripped liner with a leather liner. I was very happy to hear this because I love these boots. The price he quoted was extremely reasonable for what he was going to do. I picked them up yesterday and they look amazing. He also cleaned and polished the boots for me and they looked great! I would highly recommend this shop. Friendly fast service and great craftsmanship!
