I am a frequent visitor to this establishment, as it resides conveniently opposite my place of labor. I normally grace the premises in attire befitting of a professional before my workday commences, and have never encountered any issues. However, on a recent day off, I entered the store appearing somewhat disheveled. My intention was to procure skin products, yet I found myself leisurely perusing the aisles. To my dismay, I was approached thrice in one aisle by eager staff offering assistance, while three other employees congregated nearby, observing my every move. Since I have turned 30 I have been so self conscious of my dry skin and it’s been so emotional. I went into Ulta yesterday to just grab my usual products but decided to asks the girls for some help. I was kindly directed to Janet, I told her about how my eyes are so dry and I’m so self conscious and need help. She was so kind and was on a mission to help me, and she did! She directed me to so some amazing products, she tried them on my face and was so honest when she felt like there was a product that would work even better then what she tried.
