Started off great, good communication & kept appointment, thus 2 stars. Never submitted a proposal as I was told he would, never answered two email inquiries or contacted m3 after leaving message with live person in the office. Several years ago, exact same results on other work I wanted.Will update this if things change.JM, Windflower Point, CANow months later and have update……neighbors are using theses guys and after telling Cesar of my misfortunes with Evan, he assured them he will contact me. Stay tuned!!
