UNLICENSED. Discovered this after our pier was started. Pier is okay but they painted it in the rain and it started rusting after 1 season. We have to have it re-painted. Replaced our lift winches with cheap garbage cranks and 2 have already broken. We had to hire an engineer and final the permit ourselves because he stopped returning calls. He owns nothing so not worthwhile to sue him - we checked. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
