“Kevin and his crew did a complete kitchen remodel for us, as well as replace all interior doors and trim. We obtained multiple bids before choosing Diablo View Construction. His bid was competitive, but unlike other bidders he doesn't nickel and dime you on every detail or simple change.

He made the whole project easy for us and finished the work in record time based on our experience with previous projects. The crew started demo on a Monday and by Friday we had the first city inspection. Six weeks later the project was complete with all appliances in, custom cabinets installed, new tiles and countertops in. They even worked some weekends.

The whole crew were really great, expert, timely, and very easy to have in the house. They were friendly, honest, responsive, and experienced. His cabinet maker is local and delivered a great design, timely delivery and was very responsive. His countertop fabricator also did an excellent job. The interior doors were well made by a local fabricator. Expert installation and painting of the doors by Diablo View. They all look amazing and make such a difference to the house.

“Stop scrolling and call Nisan ASAP for any foundation needs!!! I was accepted into the CRMP's residential seismic retrofit program and started looking for Earthquake Brace and Bolt (EBB) program contractors. I had 8 companies come out for bids. Some never showed up, others showed up late despite them setting the appointment time and date... imagine the frustration! Then came Nisan! He is no non-sense and honest. He won't waste your time! Out of all the contractors, he was the only one that went over the EBB requirements and proposed work, and was honest about another issue with my foundation. Imagine my surprise when all the other contractors ignored a pretty significant issue that needed to be addressed. His bid was very competitive and he took care of everything!!! Other contractors wanted me to pull the city permits for them, and deal with inspections and uploading pictures and documents onto the EBB portal, but not Nisan!
