I wouldn’t even give one star to this place . I had a terrible haircut . I went there with a picture , she chopped my hair off.!She could not give the style . I hope she goes back to school. She did not deserve to be paid . They have no class , and have no idea what they are doing . Great clips gives me better haircut . Don’t go there . I will have to walk around with this terrible hair cut until it grows back again.

AWFUL salon. Lisa is a total karen and will b**** and moan about everything! She ruined my 3c hair and when I told her this isn't what i asked for she started yelling at me telling me that I could do it myself. I was getting a wash and a trim and she literally took over a inch off my hair and kept brushing my curls out which anyone who isn't a brain dead moron will know that's a HUGE no no. Also She's very judgmental considering she's built like a bus with 800 lbs in the back of her a** and she has the ugliest chunky highlights with side bangs like it's 2004. She used drugstore hair products from the walgreens next door on my hair and coated it in silicone and mineral oil. Not to mention the salon itself is disgusting and extremely out dated with dirt, hair, dust, mold, and more EVERYWHERE. You would think they would keep a salon a bit nicer or at least cleaner and use better products but honestly great clips is better than this place. Highly DONT recommend this s*** show.

My grandmother walked in two days ago and got her hair cut and styled. Though her hair cut was good and she likes it, we found a large cut on the back of her neck after complaining about pain. When we asked her why she thinks she has pain there, she stated it started after she got her hair cut. As you can see with the photo attached, the cut runs along the length of the back of the length. This should not have happened what so ever and is there is no excuse. We have tried to email what is on the card but no response. Writing this to make sure other see what could happen if you go to this hair dresser.
