First, I only leave reviews when something is absolutely terrible or absolutely exceptional/ perfection. And Tracy delivers exceptional service every single time! She is meticulous, patient and just so good at her job. I have recommended her to several friends and family members and now they are also regular customers. Tracy is the best!!!

Call late on a Thursday for two manicures. Parking was a little tricky as it is downtown Claremont during the holiday season. Natalie was so kind and stayed open late for us. I got a clear gel manicure. My mom got a dazzle dry manicure. Natalie is super talkative and fun. My clear manicure is exactly what I wanted. The massage chairs were amazing. I definitely felt relaxed. I will be back.

I've been in this place for so long and wanted to take a moment to say how much I enjoyed it. It's such a lovely and welcoming space -- the atmosphere feels so natural and peaceful. I also want to mention Tracy who always do my pedicure and she's just incredibly nice and helpful. It's always refreshing to meet someone so kind and professional. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the use of natural materials throughout the place -- it gives everything a warm and authentic feel.
