M Power Yoga is amazing! I was visiting the area and ended up getting a multiple class pass, and then ended up booking an additional 3 classes during my stay because the instructors and the environment were so welcoming and supportive. I was on vacation, but I really appreciated the various levels of mental and physical intensity I was able achieve just through trying different classes. I recommend downloading their app, which keeps track of your schedule and sends you email reminders. Mat Pilates with Stephanie was a perfect workout, and both Gentle Yoga instructors were incredible at tying mind and body together. I have been into fitness almost my entire life. I love to hike, run, go to the gym, etc. I started yoga in my 40s and have tried several local studios. I fell in love with MPower after taking a Yoga Sculpt Class. Celia is my favorite instructor. Her classes make me feel like I'm taking a class that was choreographed by a professional. The music is spot on to her moves. I love that I get yoga, cardio, weights all in one class. It is honestly the funnest class I have taken in my life. I come out sweating and smiling.
This studio became a second home to me while I was living in Claremont, California! Johannah created a welcoming experience for everyone. This studio has the perfect combination of fitness and zen with some of the best teachers around! You can get your butt kicked in a climb class or go to a candle lit Vinyasa flow. I always walked out of that studio feeling so much better than when I walked in. I fell deeper into my practice by also participating in the Yoga Teacher Training.
