I love Lumen Spa. I tried a lot of spas in the area, and this one is the best. On appearances, it might not have the bells and whistles that other spas have, but it has what is most important: it has great customer service, quality technicians, and the best prices. Appointments are easy to schedule on their website and the staff is always on time for those appointments. So far I have gotten kneaded therapy with Cass - and she is just fansastic. Cass is very talented, attentive and thoughtful. She always asks about and listens to my needs. I absolutely love it here. Rachel and Cass are so kind and thoughtful. Variety of services is amazing and I'm never disappointed. It also smells really nice!! I will keep coming, buying services as gifts for others, and recommending!

Hands down, Rachel gives the best massages (and believe me, I've been to many massage practitioner’s). Rachel’s massages stand out because she is a passionate about her craft and caters the massage to meet the needs of your body. She relieved months of accumulated tension, leaving me with tears of relief after the massage (I literally cried). Do your body a favor and book a massage with her ASAP!
