I came to Kay because another place did my prior treatment and it was horribly painful, 10 out of 10. Plus, they left me with thick scabbing lasting several weeks. Kay did a great job on my glycolic removal treatment. I felt comfortable and relaxed. The pain was only 4 out of 10. I did not have thick heavy scabbing like I did from the other place. Kay cares about skin integrity, her work, and answered all my questions. Her process is so much better. I have not healed yet, so I cannot see the results, but I will update this once I see them. Kay is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I’ve had my eyebrows tattooed fifteen and eight years ago, not exceptionally well. I began my initial appointment with the process of removing that ink. It went very well, with great follow up instructions and product.
