Much more than a simple museum. A true encyclopedic exhibition of folk instruments and many unknown cases from all over the world. Unique in atmosphere and charm. For music lovers and beyond. Entering is equivalent to a real experience and not just a simple visit. Unmissable from every point of view!!
As a hanpdan/ percussionist player, this shop is top notch! I love walking in this place. Many instruments I have are from here. I recommend every musician to walk in this time capsule ?
Who DOESN'T love the Folk Music Center??This is one place we'll dearly miss when we leave California. There's nothing else like it anywhere, that we're aware of. It's one of a kind, eclectic, a very special place. My son is obsessed with the variety of folk instruments, especially the antiques. The owners and all who work there are wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, caring people. Happy to exist on this planet at the same time as the FMC.
