I’ve visited Empire Wax Center twice now, and I’m so glad I gave sugar waxing a try! This was my first experience with sugar waxing, so I was a little nervous because I wasn’t sure how it would compare to traditional waxing or how uncomfortable it would be.

Mireya took the time to explain the process and what I could expect. She let me know that I might experience some discomfort the first couple of times, but that with regular treatments, my hair follicles would adjust and the experience would become much more comfortable.
