I don't usually go to Ulta, but at this location, their staff was so nice and attentive. I went in for their Mac master class and learned so much. Their manager ( Dakota) sry if I got the name wrong, She was so sweet, giving me a new makeup look and teaching me the techniques. She's super patient, and I love to come by next time for the products. They even have a whole new selection compared to Sephora.

I visited this Ulta in Walnut on Saturday, August 10th with my sister and was helped by a Jessica J.- an incredible, personable employee. Kind and patient (and so pretty!!), she helped my sister and I with the app while we were at the register to find the coupons we needed, was efficient with our asks, and made sure we were very cared for. Very happy with my experience & the customer service ☺️

As a non makeup lady I walked in bewildered hoping for some hair and makeup help before an event. The staff was friendly and helpful. They not only made me look amazing but took the time to work with products that did not irritate my super sensitive skin. The manager was leaving for the day but stopped to find a replacement shade for the lipstick they had used for my makeup but did not have in stock. Thank you Ulta staff!
