I started at this gym about three months ago, and I’ve been really impressed with how clean and well-maintained it is. I signed up for personal training and was matched with Coach Rico. After just over a month of training with him, I already feel a huge difference.

I’ve worked with Coach Rico three times, and he does an excellent job explaining each exercise and its purpose. He’s not afraid to push you beyond your comfort zone, and that’s exactly the kind of coach I appreciate.
He’s very personable and creates an environment where everyone feels comfortable and supported. He works well with both men and women, and I’m sure his clients enjoy training with him as much as I do. I highly recommend Coach Rico to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, motivating, and encouraging trainer.
They just need more bag variety. The water drop bag they have however does feel great, they only have 1 though. Would be nice to see more bag variety like the ones that have dents for body shots. For a gym that is centered on combat, they need to add more bag variety especially because a lot of regular gyms are adding punching bags now.
