I've owned the new set 2050 - 3 combo lock with key for just over 15 months and it has worked great. When I decided to get a property manager, I needed a second key so we each would have one and be able to reset the code. I reached out to the company and they generously sent me a working key at no additional cost to me, not even shipping! I must say I'm very positively impressed with this company and I highly recommend the lock as well. I wish the numbers were a little bit bigger and easier to see but I really like that it's a four digit not three digit and that it has a cover on it to make it weatherproof since where it's located there is no Shelter From the elements...read full review

I give the customer service @ nu-set 5 stars for their professionalism... I'm pretty hard to please most of the time ,but they stayed respectful and took care of my issues... THANKS !!!
