I would have given LX a FIVE STAR rating if it wasn't for the HORRIBLE installation experience with Daniel (one of their Chinese installers). Edward Han (rep), Lucy (cashier) & the rest of the front office was an EXCELLENT pleasure to deal with.
But Daniel (the countertop installer) is a totally different story. He shown up with his ears glued to the phone yapping loudly in Chinese for a longtime. After 15 minutes, when he finally was able to discuss the job, he was barely communicable and wouldn't listen to what I said. All he did was to say no. The variety that this showroom has is really good. We were helped by Miss Rosalia. She was super helpful, patient, understanding, and professional. I'm in the process of renovating my kitchen, and coming here was a great stop! TIP: I highly suggest you have measurements before coming here.
We purchased a 48 in bathroom cabinet with the counter top and sink. We had issues putting the base together since the side boards were warp but they helped us and fixed it. The bathroom looks amazing.
