Let me just start off by announcing that leg Avenue warehouse is beautiful it’s a nice environment to work in I started off not too long ago as a temp and I have been treated very fairly thanks to Michelle and her staff.

Do not buy any costumes directly from this company. Buy from Amazon or other company that cares about repeat business. They will do no exchanges or anything to help even if the problem was their fault. I used their sizing charts which told me to get a 1x. The costume was only available in a 1x/2x - surprise it was too big! Even though I needed the costume AFTER Halloween, they would do no exchanges. I ended up using Amazon. Also noticed Amazon had the size of the costume listed as 2x - so this was a common issue.

Long story short.. Ordered from leg Avenue. Didn’t get my package. In the process of switching locations I have three addresses. They delivered it to my old address even though on the first and second page of their wholesale application it clarifies the shipping address vs the billing. After filing a police report, opening a claim with UPS and fighting with leg avenue to get my order in time for photo shoot I paid for and launchnof my online store....I still did not get my package. Instead they fought with me and made it out to be my fault. They even went as far to say that my small company just starting out was a fraud. I have provided all documentation from my Secretary of State and am a legal entity. Anyway I get a call that they are sending my package. I call and ask to speak to the CEO and left a message and email. I never got anything back from him (Manuel). A few days later I check my email....Instead of fixing their mess up they refunded my money and basically told me to screw myself.
This company will continue to mess up and then blame their customers. Don’t think anything will be fixed because they will just write you off. Never working with this company again. It was my first order with them and out of 8 different vendors I have (great vendors with no issues)...Leg Avenue.....THEY ARE THE WORST! Irene is a horrible representative and Manuel just will never get back to you. Blame their customers and berate you for Leg Avenue’s company messup...that’s their motto. Go look at the reviews from their old employees. They even mention upper management and the horrible customer service.
Thanks for delivering my $240 package to someone else. Great logistics
